When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be confirmed, processed, packed, and prepared to be handed off to the carrier. Orders received after 2 PM PST will begin preparation the next business day.
How can I get free shipping?
If your order is over $100 USD, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
How do I use my discount code?
You may input it at checkout. Keep in mind that discount codes do not work on already discounted items. If you are trying to purchase a subscription, your discount code will not work.
Help! I put in the wrong address, what do I do?
Reach out to us at support@quietcoyote.com as soon as possible and we’ll make the change. If your package has already been processed or shipped, we cannot adjust your order.

We currently ship within the United States only.
